Sujeong Jang (Daegu City Hall) advanced to the singles final at the ITF Kashiwa Open (total prize money: $25,000). Sujeong Jang (ranked 144th in the world) defeated Yu Yuaodi (ranked 289th in the world) in the final match held in Kashiwa, Japan on the 8th, 6-4 5-7 6-0 after a close match of 3 hours and 21 minutes.
